Nutty Bolts Return Policy

If your order does not meet your satisfaction, simply return the product within 30 days of your receipt with a photo copy of the original invoice. We accept the following shipping methods:

  • Standard U.S. Postal Service® (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)

NOTE: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; Nutty Bolts does not refund the cost of shipping.

Once the acceptable* product is received, Nutty Bolts will contact you to verify the following credit card information:

  • Name as it appears on the credit card
  • Type of credit card
  • Credit card number
  • Security code

Your refund will be credited back to your credit card.

NOTE: Refunds may take up to two billing cycles depending on the credit card company

Nutty Bolts gladly accepts the following returned products:

  • Clean products
  • Undamaged products
  • Unused products

NOTE: A restocking fee may accrue.

*UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS
Nutty Bolts cannot accept the following returned products:

  • Stripped product
  • Stretched product
  • Products that are not returned in their entirety

Shipping Information

Nutty Bolts ships anywhere within the United States using the following methods:

U.S. Postal Service® via Table Rate (i.e., Priority Mail price per pound)

UPS with your choice of the following:

  • Next Day Air – Early AM
  • Next Day Air
  • Next Day Air Saver
  • 2nd Day Air
  • 3 Day Select
  • Ground

Products are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Orders placed on in-stock items after 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time are shipped the following business day, orders placed on out-of-stock items are shipped upon receipt.
