Creating an Account |

Creating an account with Nutty Bolts is optional, but is necessary when you are done shopping and want to continue with the Checkout process.
By creating an account, you will be able to:
• Save and/or add delivery and billing information for quick and easy checkouts
• View current or previous orders
• Print the invoice for current or previous orders |

Welcome to Nutty Bolts! A few quick steps and you're on your way.
You can create a Nutty Bolts account at any time by selecting Create Account found in the grey banner area.

You only need to complete the Account Information page and you're done. |
| |
You can also create your Nutty Bolts account when you have finished shopping and begin the Checkout process. At this point, you will be presented with the Sign In page. To create your account here, click on the Continue button found in the New Customer box. |

The Account Information page will be displayed for you. |
| |
|
| |

| |
|
| |
When completed, click Continue. Any errors or missing information will be flagged for corrections. Otherwise, you will see a confirmation that your account was created successfully. |

Selecting Continue will take you to the Product Catalog where you can begin shopping. See How to Shop for more information.
Go to My Account Information to learn how to edit or add account information. |

You will see the Sign In page when you select: |

If you have already created an account, enter your E-Mail Address and Password to Sign In as a Returning Customer.
Your Account Information is displayed where you can edit or add information.
You will also see the most current Order History on the right side. Clicking on a product listed here will take you right to the ordering page - it's a quick way to get started with your next order! |

I Forgot My Password |
| |
If you forget or lose your password: |
| |
1. Go to the Sign In page |
| |
2. Select "Password forgotten? Click here." to request a new password |
| |
|
| |

|
| |
You will need to enter your e-mail address and then click Continue. |
| |
|
| |
 |
| |
|
| |
A new password will be sent to your e-mail address. See View or Change Account Information in the following section for how to change your password. |

Account Information |
| |
After you have signed in, you can access your account information from any page by clicking on My Account in the grey banner area. |

| |
|
| |
In the section titled "My Account" you can: |
| |
• View or change your account information
• View, change or add entries in your address book
• Change your password |
| |
|
| |
 |
| |
|

View or Change Account Information |
| |
|
| |
To view or make changes to your Account Information, select View or change my account information on your Account Information page. |

| |

| |
|
| |
This is where you can update information regarding your account. |
| |

| |
|
| |
Select Continue when finished. |
| |

|
| |
Personal Address Book |
| |
|
| |
Your Personal Address Book contains the shipping address and billing address that you entered when you first created your Nutty Bolts account. These are the default addresses and what you will see when finished shopping and going through the Checkout process. See How to Shop for more information about the Checkout process. |

| |
You can add more addresses which will allow you to place orders and ship to the appropriate location. It also allows you to designate a different billing address if necessary. |
| |
|
| |
To make changes to your Personal Address Book, select View or change entries in my address book on your Account Information page. |
| |
|
| |

| |
|
| |
When your Personal Address Book is displayed you can: |
| |
• Edit an existing entry |
| |
• Add another address |
| |
• Delete an existing entry |
| |
|
| |
 |
| |
|
| |
To edit an entry:
1. Select the appropriate edit button
2. Make the necessary changes
3. Select Update when finished
To add an address:
1. Select the Add Address button
2. Enter the new information
3. Select Continue when finished

Your new address information is now available as a choice when finished shopping and going through the Checkout process. See How to Shop for more information. |

| Note: |
You can add three entries for a total five addresses in your Personal Address Book. |

To delete an entry:
1. Select the appropriate delete button
2. Confirm that you are sure you want to delete the address by selecting the delete button again

| Note: |
You can only delete an address that has been added and is not your default shipping or billing address. |

| |

| |

| |
Change My Password |
| |
|
| |
To reset your password, select Change my account password on your Account Information page. |
| |
|
| |

The following screen is presented. |

After entering your current and new password, click on the Continue button. |
| |

|
| |
My Orders |
| |
|
| |
This section of your account information is where you can:
• View current or previous orders
• Check the status of an order
• Print the Invoice for current or previous orders |

|
| |
The most current orders are shown at the top of your Account Information. If you want to view your order history, click on show all orders or click on View the orders I have made. You can go right to a current order by clicking on its view button. |

| |
|
| |
When your Order History is displayed, you will see a summary for each order. |
| |
|
| |

If you want to look at an order's details, click on its view button to display the Order Information page.

|
| |

Selecting the Invoice button will display that order's invoice in a separate window. To print the Invoice, use your browser's print button.

E-Mail Notifications |
| |

| |
Nutty Bolts periodically sends out a General Newsletter. This newsletter could include:
• Important store news
• New products available online
• Special offer announcements
|

|
| |
When you created your account, you were given the opportunity to sign up for these newsletters. If you would like to stop or start receiving our newsletter, go to the E-Mail Notifications section on your Account Information page.

A checkmark in the white box will make sure you get the latest news and information from Nutty Bolts.
Click the Continue button when finished. |

Log Off |

When you're ready to leave the Nutty Bolts website, you can log off from any page by clicking on Log Off in the grey banner area. |
