If your order does not meet your satisfaction, let us know. Returns are as easy as ABC:

  • Return the product within 30 days of your receipt with a photo copy of the original invoice. We accept the following shipping methods:
    • Standard U.S. Postal Service® (USPS).
    • United Parcel Service (UPS).

NOTE:   Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; Nutty Bolts does not refund the cost of shipping.

  • Once the acceptable* product is received, Nutty Bolts will contact you to verify the following credit card information:
    • Name as it appears on the credit card.
    • Type of credit card.
    • Credit card number.
    • Security code.
  • Your refund will be credited back to your credit card.

NOTE:   Refunds may take up to two billing cycles depending on the credit card company.

  • Stripped product.
  • Stretched product.
  • Products that are not returned in their entirety.

Returns on multiple item orders or bulk orders will be pro-rated depending on the amount of product used.
