If your order does not meet your satisfaction, let us know. Returns are as easy as ABC:
- Return the product within 30 days of your receipt with a photo copy of the original invoice. We accept the following shipping methods:
- Standard U.S. Postal Service® (USPS).
- United Parcel Service (UPS).
NOTE: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; Nutty Bolts does not refund the cost of shipping.
- Once the acceptable* product is received, Nutty Bolts will contact you to verify the following credit card information:
- Name as it appears on the credit card.
- Type of credit card.
- Credit card number.
- Security code.
- Your refund will be credited back to your credit card.
NOTE: Refunds may take up to two billing cycles depending on the credit card company.

*ACCEPTABLE RETURNS
Nutty Bolts gladly accepts the following returned products:
- Clean products.
- Undamaged products.
- Unused products.
*UNACCETABLE RETURNS
Nutty Bolts cannot accept the following returned products:
- Stripped product.
- Stretched product.
- Products that are not returned in their entirety.
Returns on multiple item orders or bulk orders will be pro-rated depending on the amount of product used.
